What an incredible year it has been and I am sure that the Championship Tournament shall follow in the same fashion.  I would like to thank everyone for making this year run so smoothly and I would also like to thank everyone in advance for helping make this tournament run smoothly.  Until the tournament bracket can be posted on the website, you may download a copy here : http://nicholaslerner.com/Kickball/2010KVKLTournamentBracket.pdf.  *2^nd Round game times (First Round of the less awesome bracket) are subject to change (maybe 30 mintures or so).  Player eligibility sheets will shortly be posted too.  Please double check the player eligibility sheets to ensure that you are playing with a legitimate roster in the tournament.  Last year, a team was disqualified for not playing a legit roster. I cannot stress enough the need for all games to start on time and move in a quick manner.  The Commission has removed the 10 minute grace period allotted in the rules, so show up early, get your rosters filled out and be ready to start the game ON TIME (Hey Candlepants and Rangelife: Yes I'm talking to you)! The lights will be set up on timers and, if we don't finish on time, that's it, lights out. Also, please remember to pick up after yourself, your team's groupies, or anything else that you see left behind.  It is imperative that we leave these fields in better condition than they were in. Assignments: 1)Winners of the 5PM first round games will be responsible for providing two refs for the 9:30 second round  game being played on the same field as their own second round game. 2)Winners of the 6:30 first round games will be responsible for providing two refs for the 8:00 second round game being played on the same field as their own second round game. 3)Losers of the 5PM first round games will need to move quickly to Holcolm to start play on the "Less Awesome" Bracket immediately.  Most likely, these games times will be changed to 7:00 instead of the 8:00 time posted on the bracket.  Refs for these games are going to be sparse and teams are encouraged to start their game on time regardless of how many refs are present and refs will be added as they become available.  Losers of the 5PM games are responsible for providing two refs for the (currently scheduled) 9:30 game on the same field as their own "Less Awesome" Bracket game. 4)Losers of the  6:30 first round games will need to send at least two refs to Holcolm immediately upon the conclusion of their first round game to go to Holcolm and ref games that will already be started.  Refs shall fill in where needed most. PLEASE NOTE:  The fields that we will be using at Holcolm are not the same fields as Holcolm Left and Right.  The fields we will be using are farther inside the complex with lights.
