Greetings Captains, By now I hope you've all signed your free agents and rookies for the 2011 season.  I just wanted to remind you that registration is due by April 1st, which is next Friday.  That means we need your roster and money by then.  If you are planning to register a potential new team, you'll need everything in by April 15th.   Please get in touch with Nick Lerner, Erin Adams, or myself if you have any questions regarding registration. I would also like to invite all of you to our annual Captain's Meeting.  Thanks to Diana Garcia, we've once again reserved the Big 6 Room at the Eldridge.  The meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 10th at 6:00 pm.  This is a great way to get everyone on the same page before the season starts, and to get better acquainted with your opposing captains. With KU's graduation taking place the weekend before Memorial Day, we're looking at Sunday, June 5th for the start of the season.  I would like to have a referee clinic sometime between the Captain's Meeting and then, so I will let you know once we get a date solidified for that. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you ever have any questions, concerns, or ideas. This league is nothing without all of you, so it's crucial that we work together to keep KVKL as fun and unique as possible.  I'm really looking forward to our 10th season!
