good evening KVKL family -

Our final sanctioned event of the 2013 season is happening this sunday sept. 22 beginning at 1pm at Holcom.  Here is the bracket breakdown for the 14 teams that have signed up for this years tournament.  Looks like there are plenty of unique "themed" teams this year, so it will be exciting to see who comes out on top of both the winners and the not total winners brackets. I know there will be a trophy for the champs created by Chelsey and Erin and maybe even one for the almost winners.

We will follow the standard KVKL rules. 

Each game is 60 minutes or 7 innings.  All games start 75 minutes apart (so 15 mins between games).  Please look to the sheet on the right for game times. As always we do not have the room to run late, so please do your best to be on time.

We follow KVKL rules, including the 3 person gender rule.   We would love it if teams who are not playing would be down to ref games. KVKL will supply new balls for fields, but bring a favorite ball just in case.

There will be cans for the community trash cans in the dugouts.  Please use them and try not to fill the trashcans inside the complex with empty alcohol containers.  Don’t drink on the fields or outside the dugout in the complex. Bring a coozie!

No pets in the complex.

There will be KVLFK merch for sale to help fund our team which is playing in the national tournament in november. In addition if you won items at the charity auction and need to both pay and claim them, the ladies of the vagtastic voyage(s) will be able to collect your cash or charge your credit card via paypal.  Look for the table where all the people in neon pink tank tops are hangin out.
