Hi All,

Unfortunately last weekend's tournament plans were a bust. But, thanks to the Parks & Rec department's gracious re-arrangement, we have been able to get all of the kickball fields out at Holcom to be able to reschedule the tournament for this Sunday, May 4th.

We already have scheduled the Ref. Clinic for 4pm and that will go on as planned. But, starting at Noon on Sunday we will begin the tournament with a hour break at 4pm for the Clinic, then continue on with the tournament. The tournament will also be a great opportunity to practice your reffing skills and ask questions of expierenced referees. The break for the Ref. Clinic will also let teams rest for the final games, players to join in on the Ref. Clinic, and BBQ! But, please know that we were told that the concession stand will be open and grills are not allow in the interior of Holcom, only in the parking lot area by Holcom Left & Right. 

If your team is able to make it to this rescheduled tournament or you would like add your team, please contact Erin Adam or myself (Scott Stewart) by this Wednesday night, you can find our emails here.

This is still a double-elimation tournament and is limited to 16 teams. If you have a team that would like to join, we might not know until Wednesday night how many teams who originally signed-up will be able to make it for this rescheduled tournament. So, we will let you know as soon as we do, if there are spots left.

Reminder: Tomorrow, April 29th at 6pm is the Captain's Meeting. The meeting will be held in the Big 6 Room at The Eldridge Hotel. One member from each team is required to attend.
