Start Time

We are starting at 4pm this week in order to fit all of the games in. Be ready to play at 4pm and after, so we can start all of the games on time.

Volunteer Refs

We need several more volunteer refs for the upcoming games at Holcom, Lyons, and Hobbs. So, please volunteer and ask your teammates to volunteer. Even if you are still playing, please let me know if you will be available in the event that you team is out at any point before the championship games. I will be posting reffing assignments later in the week. Jacki will be at Lyons and I will be at Holcom if you need help with reffing assignments or anything else.

Equipment and Cans

If your team is the winner of any of the 5:30 games this next Sunday, please make sure any equipment and cans are dropped off behind the 3rd based dugout at Hobbs before the championship game. If you see me or my truck at Holcom, feel free to drop off your stuff there.

Cleaning

If you are playing this week or just watching games, please help to make sure we leave the fields as clean as we found them (or better). We also could use some volunteers to help at the end of the night to clean up Hobbs after the Championship. So, please stick around to grab a broom or at least pick-up after yourself and help the person next to you.

Hobbs

This is the last weekend of the year for KVKL, it has been an amazing year highlighted by great game-of-the-weeks and just as great volunteerism from many players in this league. Lets finish strong and have another exciting night at Hobbs while we continue to respect the East Lawrence neighborhood.
